Step 1: Click the "Print this page" button. Alternatively, press Ctrl + P (on Mac, use Cmd + P)
Step 2: In the resulting pop-up window, click the Down Arrow to the right of Destination and select Save As PDF in the drop-down menu. You can also optionally choose to hide 'Headers and Footers' with a checkbox.

The HENRY service supports Croydon families with children aged 0-7yrs to provide the best and healthiest start in life for their children.
Everyone wants the best for their children, but it can be hard to know what to do as a parent in the early years. HENRY Healthy Families, Brighter Future is a FREE 8-week programme for families. HENRY programmes are held at local venues across the Borough and online.
Research shows that the key ingredients to ensuring babies and young children have a healthy start in life are:
- Parenting confidence
- Physical activity for little ones
- What children and families eat
- Family lifestyle habits
- Enjoying life as a family
The programme covers these 5 themes across 8 weeks and provides everything that families need to help get their little one off to a great start, including a free toolkit, book, and certificate for each participant.
