Aiming High

Aiming High is a programme of activities and short breaks for children and young people aged 0-18 years old, after school groups, weekly social club for young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years, Home and Community Support Service provides one to one support for children and young people with a disability in their own home or in the community to enable children and young people to access mainstream activities, Social group for young people to build friendships, develop life skills and access the activities with peers, Buddy-up scheme.
