Richmond Mind

A charity providing information, advice and support to young people and adults experiencing mental health issues, as well as their carers.

The organisation runs a service for young people aged 12 - 25 called Youth Zone.  This is a wellbeing drop-in service for those who want to chat, take part in groups, social activities and classes or get 1-2-1 support, information and advice.
